Many friends have asked about how to transfer music/videos from iPod to computer and iTunes, especially when they syn their iPod with friend's iTunes and they want to keep their friend's songs. Here I'd like to share an easy way.

Firstly transfer all songs/videos on iPod back to the computer, and then add those files to iTunes library. For a better iPod-to-computer transfer, I recommend Tansee iPod Transfer.

Step 1: Free Download Tansee iPod Transfer and then install it.

Step 2: Connect iPod to your computer.

Step 3: Launch Tansee iPod Transfer and all the contents of your iPod, including music and videos will be displayed automatically, see screenshot as follows:

Step 4: Select the files to be transferred to your computer by click them. Ctrl key for multi-files select. Click right button of your mouse can select all songs.

Let's say, you've transferred music/videos from iPod to a folder on computer, for example, folder D\: music, you will be able to add all files to your iTunes library easily:
Run iTunes, click "File", click "Add Files to Library..." or "Add Folder to Library..." , select the songs in folder D\: music.
Or simply run iTunes, Drag your files in "D\: music" to your iTunes music Library.
Done. Now your music/videos are on your iTunes library.
